Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Recruit, train, motivate, and coach your crew to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Operations Management : Oversee daily operations, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth processes.
• Scheduling & Planning : Create rosters, assign duties, and ensure coverage during busy periods.
• Inventory Control : Manage stock levels, ordering, and rotation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Financial Management : Monitor food costs, control expenses, and achieve budget targets.
• Compliance : Perform opening and closing duties, ensure safety standards, and act as the first aid officer when needed.
• Collaboration : Be an integral part of the Virgin Active club leadership team.
