As a business leader, you will work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in-store team to deliver a people-first culture, maximise sales growth, and accelerate your leadership career.
Responsibilities
- Passionate about creating a WORLD CLASS team and a MAGICAL VIBE within the store
- Drive financial sales goals and metrics for a multimillion dollar store
- Deliver on the brand vision and strategy
- Keep the customer at the core of everyday business decisions to provide MEMORABLE experiences
- Create a people-first culture by empowering and developing talent within the team
- Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results
- Recruitment, selection and onboarding of all new team members in the store
- Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to customers in-store through preparation of online orders
- Ensure the store demonstrates best-in-class Visual Merchandising
- Maintain a FUN and safe environment for customers and staff
To be successful
- Be a team player committed to excellence across Sales, Operations, and Loss Prevention
- Experience and passion for delivering best-in-class memorable moments to customers
- Be a coach who can motivate, inspire, and lead a large team of brand ambassadors
- 2+ years of Retail Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a motivated and driven “Make it Happen” attitude
