Benefits

  • $33.50 per hour + superannuation
  • Monday to Friday hours, 8 : 00am to 4 : 00pm or 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm
  • Warehouse all-rounder, including forklift operation
  • Immediate start with commitment through to end of November 2025

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant to join their Sydney team on a temporary basis. This role requires someone reliable, energetic and detail-oriented, who can hit the ground running and support the team with day-to-day warehouse operations.

Duties

  • Pick, pack, receive and dispatch stock
  • Book couriers and complete system transactions
  • Accurately maintain warehouse documentation and stock records
  • Operate forklift safely to store and retrieve goods
  • Ensure warehouse remains organised, clean and compliant with WHS requirements

    • Skills and Experience

  • Experience working within a regulated environment such as medical devices, pharmaceutical or similar.
  • Current forklift licence and proven forklift experience
  • Previous warehouse experience with pick pack, dispatch, and systems knowledge
  • Ability to use ERP / WMS systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and reliability
  • Positive energy and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to commit to a temporary assignment until the end of Nov 2025
