NV1 - ITSM Change Management Practitioner

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
• Work with customers and resolver teams to set priorities, allocate resources, and plan timelines.
• Manage change workflows, including setting up Change Advisory Board (CAB) protocols and approval hierarchies.
• Implement a coordinated approach to change across multiple providers, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Oversee change requests, coordinate schedules to minimise disruption, and monitor the impact on services.
• Keep up-to-date with technologies and organisational changes to inform planning and improvements.
