Full Time

As a valued member of our Products team, you will play a vital role in taking the design, development, and verification of M2P’s engineered products range to the next level. With a strong focus on our inflatable and safety critical products, you will bring a strong practical mindset, coupled with a broad understanding of material properties, engineering analysis, manufacturing, quality, and project delivery. Working within an ISO 9001 certified environment, you will help embed best-practice engineering processes and directly influence product safety, performance, and scalability.

You’ll make an impact by :

• Leading end-to-end product design and development, from concept through to production release.
• Supporting clients with practical solutions building on our existing inflatable safety product line, including monitoring, control, deployment and retrieval devices.
• Document designs for manufacture and working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure that designs translate into products.
• Developing and executing physical testing programs to validate FEA, calculations, and design assumptions.
• Standardising best-practice engineering processes within an ISO 9001 design environment
• Translating real world operating conditions into robust, verifiable engineering solutions
• Mentoring junior team members
• Supporting the ongoing evolution of the company’s engineered products portfolio
