Your Role & Our Approach :

You will manage a sustainable caseload through a mix of clinic-based, mobile, and Telehealth services, with the majority of your week based in our state‑of‑the‑art facility alongside our collaborative team of 15+ dedicated professionals. Our core philosophy is centred on neuro‑diversity‑affirming, evidence‑based, and family‑centred practice. Your work will be focused on building the functional capacity of our clients and empowering the supports around them.

  • All Clinicians : Benefit from a combination of weekly / fortnightly 1 : 1 and group supervision, a vibrant multi‑disciplinary team, and a $2,000 annual PD allowance.
  • Senior Leaders : Your billable targets are fairly adjusted to honour your significant leadership and mentorship responsibilities.
  • Performance Incentives : Benefit from a clear model with regular commission payments for billable hours beyond your target.
  • Earned Flexibility : High performers can earn remote work options, giving you greater control over your schedule.

  • Your Key Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Providing high‑quality, individualised assessment and therapy services.
  • Maintaining your sustainable caseload and upholding all professional standards for documentation and reporting.
  • Supporting clinic growth by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.
  • 👑 Senior Speech Pathologist - Leadership Pathway (4+ years experience)

    Ideal for both established leaders and aspiring clinicians ready to step up and shape our future.

  • Lead by example, naturally adhere to processes, and champion a positive, “can‑do” culture.
  • Possess advanced clinical skills, complex case management expertise, and a strong foundation in the NDIS.
  • Have a genuine passion for mentoring others and building a tight‑knit, resilient team.

  • Mentoring and guiding junior clinicians to achieve clinical and professional success.
  • Upholding clinical standards by modelling and enforcing clinic protocols and procedures.Driving excellence by leading quality improvement projects and organisational changes.
  • Shaping strategy by participating in key leadership discussions.
