Purposely designed and equipped with beautiful resources, a natural environment both inside and out, we are proud of our extension of home for children and their families in the local community. Our philosophy is embedded in daily operations, including our commitment to high-quality resources, engaging children with real living things (pets), and offering a nutritious menu developed by qualified industry chefs. We also have a Centre Cafe and Take Home Meals for families.

We are seeking qualified and skilled Educators for leadership roles across our Centre, working with various age groups. If you have a preferred age group, discuss it during your interview, and we will work with you to support your professional goals. The Educator will manage and implement policies, procedures, and programs within their designated room and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth Centre operations.

Our Centre provides designated time off the floor for focused task implementation, ideal for candidates ready to take on operational responsibilities, demonstrate leadership, and handle daily challenges. Paisley Park offers rewarding opportunities for growth and recognition.

We implement a unique Quality Improvement Training Program that integrates professional learning into everyday practice, including in-house mentoring during or outside working hours. Qualifications and skills required include :
