Healthcare Assistant – Southport, Lancashire

Pay Rate : £15.00 – £18.00 per hour

Shift Pattern : Part‑time days, 7am‑8pm, 2 shifts per week

Job Description

This role will give you the opportunity to provide person‑centred care that truly makes a difference. You’ll provide essential, person‑centred care, manage your client’s clinical interventions, and attend to his care needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to clients in the comfort of their homes.
• Administer medication and perform personal care, moving and handling tasks.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the care team.
• Apply the 6 Cs – Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, Commitment – to all interactions.
• Assist with clinical interventions as directed by the care plan.
