To be successful in this role, you will have : Superior knowledge and proven experience of warehouse operations within a 3PL environment Experience in leading and managing a team across daily operations, development, and succession planning Exceptional end to end knowledge of supply chain operations, with a background in labour planning, cost management and improvement opportunities Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence across a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders Outstanding customer relationship attributes and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills Experience with WMS systems- ideally Manhattan If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity and contribute to our success whilst building your career within a global organisation, apply now !
