Role : Key Account Manager – Aesthetics.
As an experienced account leader, you will drive strategic partnerships, develop growth strategies, and align Galderma’s objectives with our customers’ business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and value creation with key aesthetic partners across ANZ.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term business relationships with major accounts and corporate customers.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, finance, and clinical teams to implement business initiatives and in‑clinic programs.
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and support decision‑making.
- Represent Galderma at events, conferences, and strategic industry engagements to strengthen our market presence.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in medical aesthetics or a related healthcare industry.Demonstrated ability to develop and manage key account relationships with a strategic and consultative approach.Strong analytical and Excel skills to support business planning and forecasting.Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with occasional evening and weekend events.What We Offer
