Overview
The Public Support Information Officer role located in Wodonga is a casual (1 day per week) position that assists with state‑wide fingerprinting services for local communities. This includes livescan and ink fingerprints for licence requirements, job applications, police checks and visa and immigration purposes. It also involves taking fingerprints for prospective employees for the Police Assistance Line in a group booking capacity. The role requires a customer‑service background and strong attention to detail.
