Job description
In this role you will :
Provide effective governance, oversight and reporting of projects to ensure ongoing alignment with the Women's System Reform agenda, through the effective establishment and delivery of projects.
Lead and participate in coaching to uplift project management capability across the program.
Manage continuous improvement and integration of project deliverables to ensure ongoing alignment and user acceptance of women's system reform activities.
Ensure effective development, coordination and implementation of reform activities / initiatives based on prioritisation of projects to support the achievement of the Women's Safety and Justice Taskforce Outcomes.
Effectively assess and manage new initiatives by ensuring accurate and appropriate planning and prioritisation of activities to support the strategic objectives of the QCS Women's System Reform agenda.
Provide leadership and support across other project teams within the Program Management Office, and contribute to the leadership within the Transformation office more broadly.
