Job description

In this role you will :

  • Provide effective governance, oversight and reporting of projects to ensure ongoing alignment with the Women's System Reform agenda, through the effective establishment and delivery of projects.
  • Lead and participate in coaching to uplift project management capability across the program.
  • Manage continuous improvement and integration of project deliverables to ensure ongoing alignment and user acceptance of women's system reform activities.
  • Ensure effective development, coordination and implementation of reform activities / initiatives based on prioritisation of projects to support the achievement of the Women's Safety and Justice Taskforce Outcomes.
  • Effectively assess and manage new initiatives by ensuring accurate and appropriate planning and prioritisation of activities to support the strategic objectives of the QCS Women's System Reform agenda.
  • Provide leadership and support across other project teams within the Program Management Office, and contribute to the leadership within the Transformation office more broadly.
