Skills & responsibilities

You will be a Commercial Litigation lawyer at the 2-8 year level  with top-tier experience, or experience from your time as an Associate in the Court system.

Your new role

Act on a range of general commercial litigation matters including for Corporations as well as Directors & Officers in securities claims and class actions, general corporate / financial services disputes; Regulatory investigations; civil penalty proceedings pursued by ASIC and other Regulators; and criminal prosecutions arising from alleged misconduct in financial markets.
