Our client is a family owned, multi-franchised dealership based in the beautiful city of Toowoomba. They are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician or Light Vehicle Mechanic, with experience with diagnostics for the Nissan brand. This role offers a great opportunity for a lifestyle change.

An opportunity is available in Toowoomba (nicknamed 'The Garden City') which is a regional city in the Darling Downs region in Queensland, 125 km west of Brisbane. The ideal candidate for this role must have their Certificate III in automotive, and ideally have Nissan brand experience. Dealership experience will be viewed favourably. Other brand experience will be considered, if you hold strong diagnostic abilities.

Essential requirements :

• Must hold your full qualification in Automotive (LV)
• Be proficient in diagnostics
• Ideally have Nissan brand experience
• Hold a valid manual drivers licence
• Have strong and effective communication skills
• Have great pride in your work
• Be committed to workshop safety
• Be a diligent and hard worker
• Commitment to providing great customer service
• Commitment to training junior staff

In return this dealership will offer a good remuneration package, including retainer, super and bonuses. They will also provide ongoing training and great career progression opportunities. A salary of $70,000 - $75,000 + super.
