Customer Service Officer
Location: Concentrix, Clear Island Waters, Queensland, Australia
About the Role
We are growing fast and looking for amazing Customer Care Advisors to join our Robina Contact Centre team, supporting vulnerable Australians to access important entitlements.
No call centre experience necessary but customer service skills are a must!
Key Role Details
- Hourly rate of $28.74 + 12% Superannuation
- Monthly incentives up to $480 (up to $5,760 per year on a pro‑rated basis)
- Full‑time – rotating roster
- January or February start dates
- Full‑time paid training
- Monday to Friday rotating roster 8 am – 7 pm
- Saturday availability as required
- Centrally located next to Robina Town Centre

Requirements
- Must be an Australian citizen and at least 18 years of age.
- Eager to work toward goals and targets.
- Confident and capable in using computers and systems.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Keen to learn new skills and refine existing ones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
