A little about the role :

We are seeking a full-time leader who is high motivated to join our client’s team. In this role you will be supporting the managing partner and leading the dispensary team. This is an extremely customer focused role and their team achieve fantastic results. Hours worked will be a 38-hour week with a rotating roster for alternating weekends.

Skills and Experience :

• Responsible for the day to day running of the dispensary.
• Stock management and ordering skills.
• Ability to do PBS claims.
• Planning and organizing the dispensary team and workflow.
• Time management skills.
• People development skills.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
• Ability to lead a team : train, guide, and mentor the team.
• Provide excellent customer service every time.
• Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic work ethic.
• Able to communicate effectively and efficiently verbally and written.
• Previous experience in Pharmacy as a Dispense Technician, Webster packer or Pharmacy Assistant an advantage.
• Sound understanding of S2 and S3 Medications.
• Certificate III in Community Pharmacy (not essential).
• Experience with FRED dispense and FRED Office (preferred).
