The Role

You’ll join as a Civil Engineer with strong Civil 3D capability, contributing to the design and delivery of multiple commercial and industrial projects.
Working closely with senior engineers and drafters, you’ll be part of a well‑run team with clear workflows, realistic deadlines and good visibility over upcoming work. You’ll have the support to take on more responsibility over time, without being thrown in the deep end.

As the business continues to grow, you’ll play a key part in building out the team, taking on a genuinely foundational role in its next phase.

The Requirements

• 4–6 years’ experience working within a civil engineering design consultancy
• Strong proficiency in Civil 3D, with DRAINS experience highly regarded
• Ability to take ownership of design packages while working collaboratively within project teams
• Motivation to continue developing technically with guidance from experienced senior engineers
• Full Australian working rights
