Maintenance Team leader

Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Maintenance team leader on a contract basis for a prestigious gallery located in central London.

As an experienced maintenance team leader you will be required to carry out the following duties :

• Delegate work duties to maintenance team
• Supervise on site team
• Carry out works (Mechanical, Electrical and Building)

Key skills required :

Experience across M&E and Fabric maintenance and minor works

Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical

BMS Knowledge

You will be working closely with the head of estates on a daily basis and you will also be required to carry out maintenance works.

12 Week contract

Monday to Friday

25 - £28 PH
