We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist who has a passion to work with older people, a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, a high level of interpersonal skills and a desire to gain further specialised clinical expertise with a genuine commitment to a career in aged care.

This role offers a great opportunity to be exposed to a diverse caseload and would suit a clinician who has a broad skills base and enjoys working within a Residential Aged Care environment.

You will be working with clients of functional / musculoskeletal based assessment, acute rehabilitation, chronic disease management, improving mobility and function, falls prevention and management, chronic pain management, subacute rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation and contributing to improving organisation processes and staff training.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity, Monday – Friday in our Elizabeth Lodge Home at Rushcutters Bay.

What We're Looking For :

Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist

Experience in aged care or community is desirable

Previous experience in assessing & treating a diverse population (acute, subacute, geriatric, palliative care) and a commitment to the delivery of evidence-based practice in this population.

Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

High level of communication and interpersonal skills, strong focus on customer service.

Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
