    • About Us
    • InMotion Group is a multidisciplinary clinic that offers therapy services to children and adults in our community. Our clinics are based at Narellan south-west of Sydney and Wollongong and you will be part of our Administration team.

    • What you'll be doing
    • Managing the intake and assessment process for new and existing clients
    • Coordinating the delivery of allied health and support coordination services
    • Working with our clients to ensure we are providing services to meet their needs and NDIS plan budgets
    • Completion and oversight of service agreements
    • Providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
    • Liaising with internal clinicians, support coordinators, and other InMotion Group team members to coordinate clinical care
    • Manage relationships with referral partners and local service providers
    • Maintaining accurate and timely records and reports
    • Travel to client meetings offsite
    • Position Requirements
    • Experience in client services, customer service, or case management
    • Current Working with Children Check
    • Has or willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Check
    • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
    • A compassionate and respectful attitude towards people with diverse needs and backgrounds
    • A strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence

    • 55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
