We are seeking to appoint casual Educators (Children's Services Employee) to join the team at St Mary's OSHC based in Ipswich .

St Mary's OSHC provides education and care for up to 120 children. At St Mary's, we believe each child is unique and learns differently, so our educators spend time getting to know each child and their family to create engaging learning experiences that capture their interest and help them build new skills.

We offer a flexible, child‑initiated program with educators incorporating children’s ideas, cultures and interests when planning each day’s experiences.

Hours : Casual – BSC, ASC, and Vacation Care

Responsibilities

• Providing nurturing care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Creating fun, recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
• Maintaining positive working relationships with all team members
• Working collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
• Opportunity to attend fun excursions during vacation care
• Feeling excited to come to work to make a difference to the lives of children in our care
