Salary : $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
Retention Bonus : 10% educator retention bonus
Performance Bonus : Generous bonus structure on top of your salary.
Superannuation : Standard 12.5% super contributions.
$1,000 Sign on bonus

About the Role

As the heart of the service, you will be responsible for the overall operational success and pedagogical leadership of the centre.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated educators.

Ensure the centre maintains and exceeds the National Quality Standard (NQS).

Manage enrolments, budgets, and all administrative tasks.

Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

In-depth knowledge of the NQF and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Essential Qualifications and Certificates

Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher ACECQA Approved qualification.

Current Working With Children's Check (WWCC).

Clear National and / or International Police Check (PC).

Current CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates.

Child Protection Training (Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations Certificate).
