Health Care Workers - Home / Community Support

We are currently seeking applications from candidates to work with our dedicated Community team with the opportunity to develop a career within the Victorian Public Health Sector.

As a Health Care Worker in our My Community Health Careteam , you will provide person-centred care, assisting our consumers to remain living independently in their own homes by providing assistance with domestic and personal care, social support, respite, and transport.

This is a Monday to Friday role and requires a current First Aid certificate or a willingness to obtain.Please speak to a member of our team to discuss support, if you don't currently hold this certificate.

Within close proximity to Albury / Wodonga, you can enjoy some of north-east Victoria’s beautiful scenery while travelling between clients in company supplied vehicles . Our service covers the areas of Bethanga, Bellbridge, Dartmouth, Eskdale, Mitta Mitta and Tallangatta.

All appointments are made subject to the required security screening including National Criminal History, NDIS Worker Screening checks andan immunisation status appropriate to the role, including the annual Influenza vaccination.
