We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our brand experience team as a Brand Experience Lead based in the beautiful Toowoomba! This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact and drive the success of our company's ratings results.

A Day in the Life

As our Brand Experience Lead, you’ll be the go‑to person for creating unforgettable moments for our audience. You’ll work closely with our Content team to dream up and deliver creative activations and brand experiences that elevate our shows and boost our ratings. From major events and bold street campaigns to digital buzz and social stunts—you’ll help make our brands unmissable. You’ll also be a mentor and motivator, guiding a talented team of Brand Experience Specialists and keeping the energy sky‑high across the board.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in media promotions, branding, marketing, PR or social / digital media.
• A solid understanding of how to drive ratings and integrate content across platforms.
• People leadership skills that inspire and energise a team.
• Creative problem‑solving abilities and an eye for a killer activation.
• Confidence communicating with everyone from on‑air talent to clients.
• Passion for pop culture, current events and everything our audiences love.
