Role Purpose
As a Pool Installation Specialist, you will be an integral part of our delivery team that will be turning plans and dreams in to reality.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Coordinate and support the pool installation team for effective workflow and timely deliveryAssemble and install pool shells and prefabricated systems as per design plansInterpret construction plans to guide installation of technical pool components as approved by the DirectorEnsure construction plans are accurately interpreted and followedInstall pool features and fixtures like lights, skimmer boxes, fittings as per specificationsPerform concreting tasks such as formwork, screed, and clean‑up according to instructions and in a timely manner.Ensure quality technical standard adherence at all times.Prepare job sites, including material handling and cleanup according to instructions and in a timely manner.Manage site tools, materials, and supplies for optimal workflowOperate construction tools and equipment effectively and safelyAssist in the installation of technical components like filtration units and water featuresEnsure equipment positioning and connection meet quality and plan specificationsDrive company vehicle safely and responsibly, if requiredMaintain clear and respectful communication with all stakeholdersSupport Construction Supervisor in job coordination and reportingDeliver leak‑free, high‑quality equipment installation with functional outcomesConduct general site prep and technical groundwork (e.g., digging, acid washing)Procure and deliver materials on schedule per Director's instructionsExcellent customer service to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.Successful customer service activities include but not limited to
Deliver full client service including site walkthroughs and communication and ensure pool installations are completed on time and meet quality expectationsBalance chemicals and finalize site prep per Pool Clean and Handover ChecklistSubmit completed handover checklist to Admin team and DirectorMaintain on‑site branding per franchise visibility requirementsKeep customer sites orderly and clean throughout project durationMaintain and respect company tools, vehicles, and equipmentAdhere to workplace health, safety, and environmental proceduresProvide updates to Director as needed for project progressPerform additional duties or tasks as reasonably requestedComply with all company policies and operational proceduresEssential and Desirable Skills
Have a valid White card or the ability to obtain oneValid driver’s license or the ability to obtain oneInterest in completing Pool installation CertificationProven experience in pool system maintenance or a similar roleAn understanding of the principles, techniques and methods involved in pool buildingExperience in a role which involves face to face interactions with clients and customersPrevious experience in a trade such as carpentry, tiling or concretingExperience working with a variety of power toolsPersonal qualities & behavioural traits
Ability to work with minimal supervision, take direction and a willingness to learnExcellent verbal communication skillsWillingness to undertake a police check, health check and alcohol and other drug testing as requiredUnderstanding of and ability to abide by Work, Health and Safety protocols and have Personal Protective Equipment knowledgeAbility to work in a flexible, multi‑tasking environmentResponsible, reliable, honest & trustworthy#J-18808-Ljbffr
