About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team full-time in a hybrid role. Working mainly from home, you’ll attend monthly in-studio meetings and training. You’ll engage with warm leads—clients already interested in booking a photoshoot—to build excitement, trust, and connection over the phone and guide them to their next step.

Some of your responsibilities will include :

• Converting inbound + outbound leads into booked photoshoots
• Build rapport and inspire clients through authentic conversations
• Conducting consultations to help clients prepare for their shoots
• Explaining packages and processes with clarity and confidence
• Following up promptly and maintaining accurate CRM records
• Achieving KPIs while delivering a five-star client experience
