Salary range : $86,195.00 – $94,810.00 per annum.

About the role

Join our team to deliver professional court advocacy services and representation on behalf of Transport for NSW at local and district courts. You will prepare court materials and appear in court mentions for non‑complex matters, assisting in general list work, administrative appeals, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering professional court advocacy services and representation on behalf of TfNSW at various local and district courts.
• Prepare court materials and appear in court mentions to meet business objectives and legislative requirements.
• Represent TfNSW as a junior prosecutor in non‑complex court matters, including mentions, general list work and administrative appeals.
• Travel to court locations as required (Gosford, Wyong, Katoomba, Wollongong, Goulburn, Moss Vale).
• Work autonomously in a high‑volume environment while maintaining a calm demeanour.
