About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager – Federal Government to join our Canberra-based team and take ownership of key government accounts.

Key duties will include :

  • Acting as the primary relationship manager for assigned Federal Government clients, ensuring a responsive and solutions-focused experience
  • Working closely with delivery teams to oversee service outcomes, escalate concerns, and ensure contract deliverables are met or exceeded
  • Leading regular account reviews, performance reporting, and renewal processes to support commercial alignment and long-term client retention
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and shape growth opportunities within accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling service offerings
  • Advising clients on emerging technologies, service trends, and improvements, in alignment with their strategic goals
  • Maintaining a detailed understanding of each client’s operational environment, organisational drivers, and procurement processes
  • Contributing to internal planning, strategy sessions, and initiatives aimed at strengthening client satisfaction and digital transformation outcomes

This is a client-facing, delivery-aware role suited to a strategic thinker who enjoys building trusted relationships and navigating the complexity of Federal Government environments.
