Your new role :

  • Supporting adults with complex mental health and intellectual and physical disabilities in an independent living model.
  • Following positive behaviour support and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers.
  • Encouraging capacity building to enhance clients current skills such as hygiene safe relationships domestic duties using public transport and accessing the community safely.
  • Promoting choice and controland show willingness to participate in clients day to day routines goals and interests.
  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect

  • Some of our requirements :

  • P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher and your own vehicle
  • Working with Childrens check NDIS Workers check First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain
  • We require staff to work on a 24 / 7 rotating roster so applicants must have full working rights and be able to work minimum 4 shifts per week
