HSEC Coordinator

This position plays a key part in assisting with the planning, monitoring, and execution of construction activities to ensure all work is undertaken safely and environmental controls are effective. The HSEC Coordinator will help minimise job-related risks, strengthen the project’s safety culture, and ensure risk management and safe systems of work are embedded across all project phases.

The role is critical to maintaining clear communication and reporting within the project team, ensuring alignment with the client’s engineering and safety framework and broader project objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Demonstrate Safety Leadership

• Maintain awareness of governing HSEC management plans and apply responsibilities accordingly.
• Promote and maintain a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with company policies and applicable laws and standards.
• Actively contribute to the project’s HSEC program and safety behaviours.

Demonstrate Environmental Leadership

Contribute to Construction Planning and Execution
