C.ex Group are looking for physically fit, strong, happy kitchen hands to join their fun loving, hard working BOH catering team.

About the Role…

You will be required as a kitchen hand to work in a fast paced high volume commercial kitchen

Your key focus will be on cleaning and maintaining various equipment in the kitchen whilst working closely with Chefs/ Cooks and other BOH staff.

Duties/responsibilities include:

• Working cooperatively in a team environment
• Basic food preparation as required
• Displaying a Can Do attitude
• Maintaining respectful relationships with your colleagues .
• Contributing positively towards C.ex culture & goals by participating in C.ex Community Crew events.
• Available to work nights , weekends and split shifts.
  
• Adherence to all C.ex standards, policies and procedures including compliance with WH&S and legal obligations

About you…

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:

• Excellent Communications Skills
• English speaking and reading ability to understand instructions from chefs.
• Friendly & outgoing disposition
• Punctual & Reliable
• Exceptional personal presentation and hygiene
  
• Initiative, ability to work effectively with minimum supervision
• Ability to work efficiently and at times juggling multiple tasks
• High level of fitness
• Displays a high level of care

• Previous experience in a similar role can be advantageous but is not a requirement for this position.
