Supervisor - Multiple Roles Available

We are looking for multiple experienced Supervisors to join our team for large-scale construction projects delivering critical infrastructure across Australia.

What is the role?

This role involves managing the daily operations of crews and overseeing large-scale vegetation clearance programs for our clients. These projects involve industrial machinery, requiring a strong commitment to safety, delivery, and environmental and quality standards. You will be supported by a professional and experienced team.

Responsibilities include :

• Demonstrating strong supervisory skills through effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ensuring compliance with safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
• Conducting workplace inspections.
• Supporting the Operations Manager in planning and monitoring work programs.
• Facilitating communication, procedures, and records to meet contract and quality requirements.
• Utilising fleet resources effectively.
• Supporting team delivery and productivity.
• Liaising with other departments to meet business objectives.
• Ensuring environmental and quality standards are maintained.

Your success will be driven by your energy and proactive approach. Experience in project environments is advantageous but not essential.
