The opportunity :
As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the team in a fast-paced and exciting retail environment to deliver an unbeatable client experience.

You have 2-3+ years' experience in retail / store line managementYou're passionate about excellent client service and experiential retailYou have previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experienceYou have excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skillsYou're a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help team members succeedYou have a knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employeesYou have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levelsYou enjoy a flexible work schedule and are able to work weekends, before / after store hours, and eveningsSephora is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace for all.
