The opportunity :

As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the team in a fast-paced and exciting retail environment to deliver an unbeatable client experience.

You'll also play a key role in :

  • Utilizing data to support operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth and sales conversion
  • Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values
  • Raising performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
  • Implementing a continuous improvement mentality within the team
  • Energizing your team to deliver first-class customer service

  • Have a passion to support and lead your team to provide client-centric service
  • Want to see the success of your leadership by managing profit and loss, monitoring shrinkage, and forecasting sales
  • Are open to driving operational incentives, including brand events and visual merchandising changes

  • We would love to hear from you if :

  • You have 2-3+ years' experience in retail / store line management
  • You're passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail
  • You have previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience
  • You have excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
  • You're a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help team members succeed
  • You have a knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employees
  • You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
  • You enjoy a flexible work schedule and are able to work weekends, before / after store hours, and evenings
