About the role

As a Senior RM, you will be responsible for building and managing a new portfolio of genuine owner-operated SME and commercial businesses. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their goals through tailored financial solutions, while actively contributing to the growth of our brand in the local community.

Reporting to the Head of Business Banking, key responsibilities include :

  • Develop and grow a new portfolio of SME and commercial clients
  • Proactively engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities
  • Leverage your existing networks to build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Write and submit comprehensive loan submissions to credit, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Onboard and manage your customers post-settlement, ensuring ongoing support and satisfaction
  • Maintain high-quality credit standards and manage risk effectively
  • Represent BOS at community events and festivals, promoting our values and services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Have strong referral networks and drive to directly source new clients
  • A proven ability to build strong, effective relationships with brokers, credit departments, and clients.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to drive success.
