Job Skill Set Requirements

  • Ability to follow directions well.

  • Punctual and organized.

Remit

  • Greeting and saying goodbye to all members and guests.
  • Monitoring club access to members and non-members.
  • Answering any questions and handling member complaints.
  • Having an excellent understanding of the Judgement Free Zone and explaining the JFZ to all members and non-members.
  • Answering info calls over the phone and taking messages.
  • Giving club tours.
  • Design individual exercise programs for each member based on their exercise experience, medical background, and personal goals.
  • Submitting all individual weekly exercise selection sheets via Elmo for approval from management.
  • Inspecting all Matrix and Life fitness equipment for possible malfunctions or damages and reporting if any are found.
  • Data Input of class attendees into PGM.
  • Monitoring the “30 min Express” area for people who are using it inappropriately.
  • Selling memberships and entering new members into PGM.
  • Operating the PGM and collecting arrears through documented company processes and SOP’s.
  • Will spend at least 10 hours a week assisting PE@PF.

    • Experience / Qualifications

  • Certifications : Certificate 3 in Fitness. Certificate 4 is not required however advantageous.

    • a. Must provide club with a copy of valid certification or proof you are working toward certification.

    b. If not currently certified, you must be certified within two months of hire or risk demotion or termination.

    Must be currently First Aid & CPR certified and provide club with a copy of the certification or willing to become certified within three weeks of employment.

    Must have your WWC (working with children) certificate / number NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD from employment commencement date.

    Must have completed a National Police Check certificate. NOTE- The NPC Certificate must be within 12 months of application date.

    Customer service experience is not mandatory but would be an added advantage.

    Running or operating group class experience would also be an added advantage.
