Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), guiding customers on how to best leverage the TechnologyOne product suite.
  • Lead and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing your deep expertise in the EAM domain.
  • Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders and the Sales team to build strong, trusted relationships with prospective customers.
  • Maintain and improve systems and processes, acting as a thought leader in identifying and implementing enhancements that drive efficiency and impact.
  • Support presales activities including the development of formal sales plans, proposals, and customer presentations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a successful Presales Consultant, with deep knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of audiences and confidently handle questions and discussions in real time.
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine enjoyment of working in cross‑functional teams to deliver outcomes for customers.
  • A broad understanding of corporate processes, including consulting, sales cycles, presentations, and ERP software.
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
