Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant

HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with a leading national commercial firm to find a Property Solicitor (1–4 years PAE) to join their growing Property team in Brisbane.

Pay Range

Base pay range : A$100,000 – A$140,000 per year. Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Your Day Will Involve

• Managing a mix of leasing, acquisitions, and disposals for national and local clients
• Advising on property development projects, including flat land and general commercial developments
• Preparing and negotiating leases, contracts, and related property documentation
• Supporting due diligence processes and handling complex title and planning issues
• Collaborating with senior lawyers and clients on project strategy and execution
• Building long-term client relationships within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
