The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the project delivery from early‑stage construction through to completion, working closely with senior leadership and site teams to drive program, cost, quality and subcontractor performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full project delivery responsibility across construction phases
• Program management and procurement planning
• Subcontractor engagement, performance and commercial oversight
• Client and consultant relationship management
• Reporting on cost, progress, EOTs, risk and forecasting
• Managing design coordination and resolving technical issues
• Leading project team culture, safety and performance outcomes

About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

• Proven experience delivering high‑rise or large‑scale commercial/mixed‑use projects
• Background working with a recognised Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 contractor
• Strong understanding of contract administration and head contract management
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent planning, communication and commercial acumen
• Relevant construction qualification (Construction Management / Engineering)
