Retail Sales Consultant — Casual

We are passionate about retail and travel, but most importantly, we pride ourselves on providing the best customer service in the industry as we play a vital part in our customer’s travel journey.
The opportunity : You are a self-motivated, friendly retailer / customer service expert seeking a new challenge to join our Retail Team. You will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products, exceeding customer expectations, and owning the Travelex store like it’s your own.
Key accountabilities
- Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs / targets
- Maximize sales and promote to all customers our Travelex product range
- Embrace the digital mindset via social media – Google reviews / Facebook / Instagram
- Monitor stock levels and fully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and report
- Comply with all company and location policy and procedures, including legal requirements
