ABOUT THE ROLE

Don’t want to be stuck behind a desk? Have a passion for cars and machinery? We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning individual to join our Operations team at our branch in Bibra Lake, 6163.  Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm! This role would suit an entry level candidate who is interested in and has basic knowledge of cars, or someone who has experience in a similar role or industry. In this hands-on role, your key responsibilities would include :

  • Ensure all incoming damaged vehicles stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers
  • Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
  • Assist in operation of forklift when required.
  • Assist other team members with their duties as required.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch

    To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience :

  • Passion for cars, and / or experience in a similar role / industry will be highly regarded
  • Current & valid drivers' license with ability to drive manual (essential)
  • Be comfortable working outdoors
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Competent verbal & written communication skills with basic computer skills / ability to use an iPad
  • Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team
