Organisational Enablement Specialist

We are seeking to expand our Organisational Enablement impact by welcoming another highly engaged, driven Organisational Enablement Specialist to our passionate and dedicated team.

• Take part in new and existing OD initiatives that aim to support and enable;
• Leadership and Engagement
• Employee Engagement
• Mental Health and Wellbeing
• Recognition and Performance
• Career development pathways
• Capability development (framework and assessment)

Ideally you will have experience leading the design and delivery of large-scale OD initiatives in a complex organisation. You have relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in psychology, organisational learning and development or Human Resources

You are adept at producing high-quality work containing data analysis which enables you to make relevant, impactful, and realistic recommendations. You maintain a growth mindset, can-do attitude when faced with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a need to adapt.
