About the Role
The role is part of the Clinical Support Team, focused on supporting market‑leading software solutions in hospitals and healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior task management incorporating incident triage, analysis, and resolution; identify and classify problems / defects.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers to foster collaboration and facilitate growth.
- Provide expert advice, internally and externally, pertaining to Dedalus clinical information management solutions to promote best practice outcomes.
- Support clients through user acceptance testing, installation, and ongoing maintenance.
Essential Requirements
5+ years of experience in supporting healthcare IT systems.Excellent knowledge of SQL with the ability to write and execute complex scripts.Experience providing technical support for healthcare IT systems.Degree in Health Information Management and / or Information Technology.Microsoft Server administration experience.Desirable Requirements
Database administration experience.Understanding of ITIL processes.Experience with IIS or Apache.Knowledge of healthcare workflow and HL7 standards.Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server issues.About Dedalus
