Dental Assistant

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our vibrant team on a part time basis 3 to 4 days a week.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll work closely with our dental team and report to the Practice Manager. Plus, with a variety of procedures and a collaborative environment, there’s plenty of opportunity to grow your skills and expand your knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

Patient Care : Assist with patient management, including greeting patients, preparing them for procedures, and ensuring their comfort.

Clinical Support : Prepare and sterilise dental instruments, assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, and maintain a clean and organised treatment area.

Inventory Management : Monitor dental supplies levels, ensuring the treatment room is well‑stocked and organised.

Patient Education : Provide patients with post‑operative care instructions and educate them about oral hygiene and preventive care.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow and positive patient experience.

Compliance : Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, as well as regulatory requirements in the dental practice.
