Overview
Support Workers needed in Brisbane and surrounding areas. Casual role delivering person-centred care to people living with disability and the elderly, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence and wellbeing. You will join a dynamic care team across aged care facilities.
What you need
- Cert III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
- Experience in aged care or disability support (preferred)
- Valid QLD driver license and reliable vehicle
- Blue Card
- Yellow Card
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
