We connect clients to their communities and engage relevant providers to enable them to thrive.
Our team of Support Coordinators are NDIS experts, supporting our clients to navigate through the NDIS and their NDIS plan to deliver the best outcomes.

We’re looking for a collaborative, resourceful and client-oriented team player with exceptional organisation and client service skills to join our team.
Qualifications
The role
This is a permanent role available full time or part time (0.8 FTE minimum). You will be joining a national service that has been successfully operating since 2017.
As a Support Coordinator with OnSide you will provide varying levels of coordination and transition supports for children, young people and adults.
Working from each client’s NDIS plan you’ll support them to gather the resources and services they need, to help them achieve their goals.
Flexible work arrangements! Our work pattern generally includes 1-2 days per week working from your home office, 1-2 days per week visiting clients in the community and 1 day per week at one of our office locations to enable collaboration with the team.
These positions are commencing soon due to ongoing demand for our services.
