Hurricane’s Grill & Bar Surfers Paradise is now looking for an experienced Trade Waiter to join their team.

The right candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervision, training and coordination of FOH employees;
• Taking orders and reservations from clients;
• Cleaning tables after services and setting tables for new customers;
• Arranging tables on the restaurant;
• Welcoming clients and taking them to their table;
• Serving dishes and drinks;
• Recommending special dishes and wines according to menu availability and selection;
• Serving water and drinks;
• Collecting payments after service;
• Ensuring customers enjoy their dining experience;

About you:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Trade Waiter;
• Ability to work well under pressure;
• Ability to serve clients effectively and efficiently;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Excellent customer service;

Job Type: Permanent/full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
