Position Description Run a designated section during high-volume pub service Execute modern pub classics with consistency and attention to detail Contribute ideas to daily specials and seasonal menu changes Support prep, ordering, and stock control for your section Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen hands Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen standards at all times Work closely with senior chefs to deliver smooth, efficient service Position Requirements Proven experience as a Senior CDP or strong CDP in a pub or high-volume venue Strong understanding of classic pub fare with a creative approach Ability to manage busy services while maintaining quality Confidence in contributing ideas and improving existing dishes Strong communication, organisation, and team leadership skills Trade qualifications preferred (Cert III in Commercial Cookery) Senior CDP | $75-80K | Creative pub-focused role delivering modern classics in a high-volume Canberra venue.
