About the Role

As a [Role] in our [Tribe / Team / Domain / Business Unit], you’ll play a key role in helping to [state the key goal of the tribe / team / domain (why do they exist?)]. This role is responsible for providing support for relationship bankers through the completion of key business activities. They are primarily responsible for supporting Relationship Bankers in growing new and existing customer revenue by conducting financial analysis and credit strategy recommendations for designated customer groups.

What will your day look like?

As a Relationship Banking Officer / Associate, you will have the opportunity to :

• Support our Relationship Managers in making banking easier for customers, providing customer solutions, and insights,
• Conduct financial analysis and develop and implement appropriate customer strategies,
• Establish and maintain a professional profile in the market and maintain an understanding of the customer’s industry and associated markets,
• Work collaboratively with other internal work functions and stakeholders, and
• Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues.
