The Opportunity
Veolia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to safely and efficiently manage and deliver water infrastructure projects in Castlemaine, Kyneton, and surrounding areas while based in Bendigo 3550. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technical and Innovation team and be key in delivering projects across multiple locations to approved scope, quality, schedule, and budget.

What you'll be responsible for
Lead, direct and partner with internal / external stakeholders to deliver projects efficientlyEstablish strong working relationships and coordinate resources to deliver project worksMentor and develop team members' project management skillsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards and Veolia proceduresPlan, deliver and review projects through all phases from initiation to handoverPrepare project documentation (requirements, scope, plans, estimates, contracts etc.)Manage project progress, milestones, risks, schedule, quality and costsIdentify and manage legal, regulatory, safety and Veolia requirementsConduct risk assessments, HAZOP studies and implement safety management plansOversee commissioning, start-up activities and operational readinessManage project supply chain including procurement and vendor performanceProvide accurate reports and forecasts on project deliverables and budgetsEnsure "Safety in Design" in all solution development phasesConduct lessons learned reviews and continuous improvementWhat you'll need to be successful
Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related fieldExperience managing infrastructure projects over $1MProven track record in leading and delivering successful projectsStrong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsA Veolia Career
