Early Childhood Diploma Room Leader

Position Overview :  We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Room Leader who can commit to their room and push them to their full potential. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with our experienced educators to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0 – 5 years old.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
• Can supervise and manage a group of children, do documentation, engage with children in play, professional wellbeing throughout the day, ongoing support and professional development.

Key Requirements :

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Full time or Part time (4 days a week minimum)
• Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience working as a Room Leader or in a similar role.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
